It’s almost too easy to get leads online. You can put your information right where your potential customers/clients will see it, using search engine optimization and other inbound marketing techniques. The hard part is figuring out which are worth targeting.
What cannot be used, like aluminum, is compressed and sold when the prices is right. Hubcaps are sold for very little and the same goes for batteries.
Don’t be greedy. Now, I understand that this is all about getting the top dollar for your car, but, there is a walk-away price for any business. Most salvagers are only willing to pay a little more then half of what they can make off the car. So, if your asking price is more then 65% of what they can make, then they will more then likely walk away from it.
When you make an offer remember you can always go up so start low. As you make a higher bid tell the agent why your offer is low e.g. the house needs renovating, it’s slightly above your price range and you are stretching the affordability as much as you can, it’s in a less desirable area than you would have liked, etc. Reasons are important when giving your price.
The price of the property, divided by the size of the property, gives you the price per square foot. This is one of the ways, which people use to determine a price list for homes. In homes of one locality, with everything being the same other than size, the larger property will have a higher price per square foot as compared to the smaller one. Compare price per square foot with houses in the neighborhood and factor in the extra perks that your home has.
Don’t send your junk yard grand prairie to someone who doesn’t treat it properly, you don’t want any of the chemicals from the car being tipped down the drain and harming your environment.
The really great thing about this 50% retail margin is that it’s not just retailers who get to sell at this price – you can sell direct at retail price and collect both the retail margin and the wholesale margin / creative fee (a total of $65 in this example). Look at your profits!
What does your wife/girlfriend think of your body? What does your husband/boyfriend think of your body? How this person views you may play a big role in how much muscle is too much. If your girlfriend finds big muscles sexy, you may train even harder to be more appealing to her. On the flip side, if a thin waistline and sexy, muscular legs turn your husband on, you may train to be more appealing to him.
